Paradigm is set of thoughts , beliefs , views , patterns which are formed over the period of years in civilization. The growth and changes in different streams of applied science , technology , art , culture , the way we flow in life , the way we dwell in the society , the way new patterns in knowledge and understanding are created create a " paradigm shift"
For many years Newtonian mechanics was considered as the classical way of understanding physics in early nineteenth century we assumed as if nothing new is remained to be discovered and then arrival of Einstein's theory of relativity reduced Newtonian mechanics to a special zone for low speed science and changed the whole paradigm of our scientific thinking.
Invention of wheel , mechanization , industrial revolution , robotics and now Internet of things have been continuously shifting the paradigm in industrial world.
With advent of motion cameras , the paradigm of exporting the art and culture from one part of the world to another part of the world changed. It was no more limited to live performances , operas or music concerts. It became possible to export your thoughts and culture through medium of films and television. It changed the way we consume culture products. The Paradigm is shifting again with connectivity , VFX , augmented reality and other technological advances that makes possible to realize all imaginations possible in a human mind.
With so much of connectivity , the world is becoming flat with uniform culture evolving through fusion of thoughts. Artists , scientists , musicians , dancers , film makers , engineers , craftsmen , architects , professionals , entrepreneurs across the world are converging. Is the Paradigm shifting towards a new normal.
TEDXTianshanpark attempts to explore the paradigm shift happening in Technology, Arts , Life , Knowledge and Society.
