Human beings are born with mistakes, some of us learn from our mistakes very quickly. As if there were no more mistakes allowed, others more slowly, others never learn from them at all. Hopefully, we will learn from our experiences and make a conscious decision not to make the same mistake twice. It is important to to think before we act, and ask ourselves, “Are we doing things right?”. Comparing management and leadership, Peter F. Drucker said in his book that management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things. This year TEDx KesawanSquare brings management or “Doing things right” as the theme to make us aware and manage things in every aspect of life.
