Chang Xu

twitter linkedin rss BIO Chang believes in leveraging technology to augment human potential, whether by automating the mundane or recognizing intangible qualities. Specifically, she seeks to partner with entrepreneurs working on challenges in AI/ML (computer vision, robotics), the future of work (hiring, training, HR, early childhood), and commerce tech (logistics, manufacturing, supply chain). Prior to joining Upfront in 2016, she was the first Product Manager at the Minerva Project, a venture-backed, tech-enabled university for the 21st century — rethinking everything in order to offer a better education at a lower cost. She also co-founded and was the COO of an ed-tech startup in China, which has raised $48 million to-date. Previously, she was a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised clients across technology, retail, and healthcare sectors as well as private equity investors. Chang has also spent time at Microsoft and Jane Street Capital. Chang received her MBA from the Harvard Business School and her AB in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University, with a minor in Computer Science.

Chris Jarvis is a co-founder and CEO of Realized Worth, a global agency focused on the design and implementation of employee-led volunteering and giving programs. His work with Fortune 500 companies around the world is helping to mobilize hundreds of thousands of employees to make meaningful contributions in the communities where they live and work. Widely known for his thought-leadership in employee volunteering, workplace giving and corporate social responsibility, in 2011, Chris was asked by the United Nations Office of Partnerships to design and launch the first private sector led initiative to achieve the post-millennial Sustainable Development Goals through corporate volunteering. Chris serves as the Senior Content Advisor to IMPACT 2030, the only business led effort designed to unite companies in their corporate volunteering efforts to address the United Nations’ Development Agenda.

Jonah Stillman

Jonah Stillman graduated from high school in 2017 and is pursuing a life as an entrepreneur. Growing up, for 10-years Jonah competed on the national US circuit in snowboarding. He was ranked in the top 5 in the US before hanging up his helmet to pursue working with his Dad in the generational field. Jonah and a team of peers conducted one of the first national surveys about Gen Z's workplace attitudes. The eye-opening results ignited Jonah's interest in keeping the dialogue going. After growing up watching his dad - David - be the voice of his generation, Jonah is excited to be a voice of Gen Z.

Keith Ferrazzi

Founder, Ferrazzi Greenlight
As founder and chairman of Ferrazzi Greenlight, Keith Ferrazzi has spent over a decade addressing the behaviors that block global organizations from reaching strategic goals and transforming them into new habits that increase shareholder value. Keith is also an entrepreneur who has taken his drive to help organizations effect positive change and started two technology companies in the Human Capital space, which he has successfully exited. Keith is the author of the bestsellers Who's Got Your Back and Never Eat Alone. His writing has also been published in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, and Fast Company.

Lisa Skeete Tatum

Lisa Skeete Tatum is founder and CEO of Landit, a technology platform created to increase the success and engagement of women in the workplace, and to enable companies to attract, develop, and retain high-potential, diverse talent. Landit provides each woman with a personalized playbook that empowers them with the tools, resources, know-how, and human connections they need to more successfully navigate their career path. Previously, Lisa was a general partner for over a decade with Cardinal Partners, a $350M+ early stage healthcare venture capital firm, where she focused on investments in healthcare technology and led the firm's investment in companies such as AthenaHealth and TechRx. Lisa worked for Procter & Gamble in various global and functional roles, including product development, purchasing, and product supply. She also worked at GE Capital and was a managing director at Circle of Beauty, a health and beauty startup. In addition, she founded her own consulting practice specializing in medium-sized consumer products companies.

Sandhya Anantharaman

Sandhya Anantharaman is a Data Scientist at ShareProgress, working with national progressive advocacy organizations to improve their analytics and run novel experiments. She is a Co-Director of the Universal Income Project, a nonprofit dedicating to raising awareness about universal basic income. She got her start in politics as a grassroots organizer on the Obama campaign and holds a degree in biomedical engineering from Georgia Tech.
