In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Aleksandra Rasovic

Personal trainer, nutrition advisor and designer of "Live.Love.Lift" concept. This concept is based on selfishness, change of life habits and ways of thinking, empowering the human spirit, finding motivation in yourself and leaving the comfort zone. Aleksandra talks about how the beauty of success belongs only to those who have deep faith in their dreams and work hard day and night, how the vision moves all the borders and tries to convey what is the most difficult thing: how to be the greatest support, motivation and love to yourself.

Darko Ivanovic

The Secretary General of NGO Civil Alliance, Mass Communication Specialist and former CNN video producer, gives a special and different view of the media world in the digital age. Director and creator of TV shows Insider and Robin Hood, this eternal dreamer devoted his career to changing the paradigm that Montenegro is at the margins of modern trends, and his dream is a transparent and an open society. Nikola Mijuskovic

Nikola Mijušković, sports psychologist from Nikšić, thinks that sport is a perfect pattern of life, which is identical to him, although everything in the sport is happening much faster and lasts much shorter. In a society slaughtering incredible "talents", it often falls into the trap of thinking that everything is pre-arranged and pre-reserved for the "chosen ones". Unlocking the untapped potential that is caught in all of us, leaving the comfort zone, sharpening the focus and breaking down the mental blockades, are all things Nikola speaks about and which, both to athletes and people who want to achieve their maximum in life and business, brings a "small" change of perspective.
