Bernard Mackenzie

Senior Career Coach at Singapore Workforce Development Agency
Mr. Bernard leads organizations where his counselling, coaching and facilitation skills will enable him to serve and make a difference as an Educator and Agent of Change. His training in Emotional Counselling, Career Counselling and Coaching adds value to his role as a Change Maker. His experiences in the social service sector would also value-add in his work to enhance the holistic support for his clients and their families. He also believes that there is no end to learning as he is constantly gravitating towards seeking new knowledge and experiences. Young people today find it crucial to pursue what their heart desires. There are certain external factors that influence their decision making. Mr. Bernard helps these individuals address what these external factors are by telling those confused that there are no right decisions unless you learn from the wrong ones.

Deanna See

Student: Winner of the Breakthrough Junior Challenge
Being only 17 years old, Deanna See was the winner of the breakthrough junior challenge hosted by Facebook, a global science video competition that attracted more than 6,000 entries from 146 countries. Her topic dwells into how avoiding the usage of antibiotics or prolonged use of such drugs can cause long term complications and resistance to diseases that once could be cured easily.

John Heng

Assistant Head Sch of Business & Management PSB Academy
John Heng has been involved in logistics managing multi-million dollar in the petrochemical industry for 9 years, as a consultant for 5 years, and as a lecturer for 2 years in integrated logistics and supply chain management. He worked as a materials logistics manager for an American semi-conductor assembly equipment maker with growing manufacturing operations in China and was involved in the Oracle’s implementation, Global Freight Management, Trade Compliance for shipments in and out China, USA and India, and collaboration with Key Suppliers for Lead-Time Reduction Program, Strategic Supply Chain and VAT mapping inbound and outbound China. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the area of supply chain management and integrated logistics management. He has completed his Professional Doctorate (April 2010) tilted “Integrating beyond buyer-seller interfaces and their effect on overall performance” in which he coins two new terms called Directional Supply Chain Management.

Laura Allen

Co-Founder and COO at Gone Adventurin’
Laura Allen is the co-founder of Gone Adventurin - a B Corporation certified action & advisory firm driving waste management and circular economy deployments in Asia. She and her team work with leading consumer brands like Unilever and Danone, governments, communities and NGOs such as National Geographic. She is passionate about the future of food & utilising household organic 'waste'. She and her husband initiated a community farm in Yio Chu Kang in 2015, where apart from bringing a community together to grow delicious food, they are encouraging their community to stop organic waste going to landfill and instead use it to create compost.

Manokaran Narayanasamy

Mr. Manokaran has a deep passion to improve the awareness and attitudes faced by people with disability in Singapore.. Mr. Manokaran is a teacher and has been married for over 25 years, he has one daughter and they have become major influences in his day-to-day life. He is an inspiration to all abled and disabled as he has completed two full marathons before a rare condition called Transverse Myelitis paralyzed his ability to walk. His objective is to help audiences in understanding the value and power of empathy. His vision is to empower people with disabilities so that they become a valued member of our global community.

Stephanie Dickson

Stephanie Dickson is a marketer, event organiser and avid connector of conscious individuals and brands. She is the founder of The Wedge Asia, a leading platform that connects conscious brands with conscious people through a series of events. They are building a community for people who want to live more consciously by providing bite-sized information through their three slices of inspiration, knowledge and action.

Tammy Fontana

Founder of All in the Family COUNSELLING Relationship & Clinical Sex Therapist & Mental Health Counsellor
Ms. Fontana has resided in Singapore for over twelve years. She combines her clinical training in the United States with her experience in both the expatriate community and the local Singaporean community to provide culturally sensitive therapy. Ms. Fontana has extensive experience with the local community through her counselling work at Aware.org, Alife, The Star Shelter, Singapore Anti-Narcotic Association and Simei Health Care. Ms. Fontana also provides intensive treatment for child clients at residential care through her liaison with MCYS. Her involvement in the expatriate community extends to her works as the Southeast Asian contact for Asherman's Syndrome. Ms. Fontana founded Singapore Active Toddlers in 2007 for both local and expatriate parents and was board member of New Mother Support Group (NSMG) in Singapore. Finally, Ms. Fontana is a member of Primetime, Business and Professional Women’s Association.
