Dakshayani Athalye

Co-founder-Baithak Foundation
Dakshayani, a law graduate and post graduate from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, is a trained Kirtankar and has co-authored Marathi novel Pi- Premachi Kimmat Kay? She has also co-founded a consulting firm – Seed Shower. Aiming to promote classical music in all the sections of the society irrespective of their socio-economic background, Dakshayani, with husband Mandar, have started the Baithak Foundation, an NGO that connects art and people. Her personal and professional journeys defy myths about love, freedom, expression and impact.

Kalpesh Gawali

Young Entrepreneur, Global Energy Achiever and Strategic Marketer
Kalpesh is a Mentor and Climate Leader for the The Climate Reality project​. He is a global energy achiever who takes inspiration from people, problems and opportunities surrounding him. The co-founder of “Nutrino Energy”,​ Mr Kalpesh has taken a unique initiative on “Renewable Energy Skill Development”​ in line with Government of India’s mission. Trained by Mr Al Gore, Kalpesh has a strong passion for “Climate change, energy and sustainability​” and is recognised as the “2nd youngest certified climate leader in India”.

Mandar Karanjkar

Co-founder Baithak Foundation
Mandar, a trained classical vocalist and flutist, has authored The Kabir Way: Actionable Insights for Organizations and Individuals and co-authored Marathi novel Pi- Premachi Kimmat Kay? He has also co-founded a consulting firm – Seed Shower. Aiming to promote classical music in all the sections of the society irrespective of their socio-economic background, Mandar, with wife Dakshayani, have started the Baithak Foundation, an NGO that connects art and people. Nikhil Chandwani

CEO - Walnut Discoveries Pvt Ltd.
Dr. Nikhil Chandwani is an author, producer, director, and CEO of Walnut Discoveries Pvt. Ltd. and has won Global Indian of the Year award for his contributions as a scriptwriter. He has extensively researched on the current crisis in the Middle East. He is known for his documentaries and has worked with production ventures like Vice. He was the youngest Indian professor at KL University, Vijayawada. He won the American Literary Honour in 2015 and was awarded a PhD from Whitelake College, USA for this honour.

Sheetal Amte-Karajgi

CEO - Maharogi Sewa Samiti
Doctor and disability specialist by profession, but contributed as a social entrepreneur, photographer and mentor, Sheetal Amte-Karajgi is a Young Global Leader 2016, Innovation Ambassador 2016 and adviser at Innovation for Peace, World Summit on Innovation & Entrepreneurship, UN. She works as Chief Executive Officer with one of the India’s leading non-profits, Maharogi Sewa Samiti (MSS), Warora which operates at one of the most backward districts of Central India, building livelihood capabilities of the most marginalized people.

Sushanth Kodela

Founder - unCancer India
Sushanth Kodela founded unCancer India in 2013 with a mission to reach out and engage with cancer patients and caregivers as they chart their path to recovery. He was diagnosed with adrenal cortical carcinoma, a rare cancer type. Sushanth’s experiences during recovery led him to start unCancer India, a support network for people facing cancer, in 2013. unCancer’ India’s business model was selected as one of the top five global innovations for its innovative solutions to improve the life of people facing cancer.
