An afternoon/evening standard event with two sessiosn, each with 2-3 live talks and one replayed. The talks will take place in the Dome Theatre at Norrköping Visualiseringscenter. There will be opportunity for discussions with speakers and also among the audience during the break between the sessions, ,and also after the last talk. Refreshments and wraps will be available. The talks will be recorded and edited. No live streaming..
Pre-registration required. No fee, but if you are awarded a ticket and don't cancel or show up, we will bill you 150 SEK for the chair not user and the wrap and refreshments

Armando Vieira

Fredrik Gustafsson

Professor in Sensor Informatics, Deptartment of Electrical Engineering, Linköping University.
Professor in Sensor Informatics, Deptartment of Electrical Engineering, Linköping University. He received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering 1988 and the PhD in Automatic Control, 1992, both from Linköping Univ. His research interests are in stochastic signal processing, adaptive filtering and change detection, with applications to communication, vehicular, airborne, audio and wildlife applications.

Fredrik Heintz

Docent at Deptartment of Computer and Information Science, Linköping Univ.
Docent and researcher (forskarassistent) at AIICS leading the Cognitive Robotics Group. Completed my PhD in March 2009 Graduated from the Computer Science program in Linköping March 2000. Rceived three grants from the Pedagogy Development Group at LiTH, one for developing the dialoge seminar methodology for engineering education (2014), one for researching Computational Thinking in Discrete Math (2013), and one for Contests as a pedgogical tool (2011). Since 2014 member of the board of Didacticum. Since 2013 leading the Computer Science Education group at IDA. Since 2013 leading the ICPC Analytics team at the ACM ICPC World Finals, previously I led the analytics team within the ICPC Live team.

Martin Hedlund

Chief Technical Officer, Context Visiion ASB.
One of the founders of ContextVision. Finished his M.Sc. degree of Technology followed by further studies and research in image processing and GOP® theory at Linköping University. He was R&D and Local Manager in Linköping until 1999. Since then he has served as CTO, focusing on strategic product and business development, and he has been a member of the Board since the company went public in 1997.

Robin Hanson

Associate Professor of Economics, George Mason University-
Associate Professor of Economics, and received his Ph.D in 1997 in social sciences from Caltech. Joined George Mason's economics faculty in 1999 after completing a two year post-doc at U.C Berkely. His major fields of interest include health policy, regulation, and formal political theory. Recent book: The Age of Em: Work, Love and Life When Robots Rule The Earth. Oxford University Press, 2016.
