We are bringing forth the most basic form of ‘effective’ communication, through a medium deep conversation and connection with Scientists, Artists, Technologists and Thinkers. We are bringing forth stories worth listening to, stories that mobilize people, stories that provide food for thought, and stories that have altered the very fabric of the society as a whole.

Generation X, the main influencers, architects and drivers of digital transformation, are the Digital Immigrants. With a high level of scepticism, “what’s in it for me?” defines them as the consumers. Generation Y, the Digital Natives have seen the age of technological change, globalization and economic disruption. Generation Z, the digital integrators, having technology integrated seamlessly into their lives, referred to as Neo-Digital Natives.

They are expected to be flexible, tech-savvy, inquisitive, and financially driven. There’s the challenge of the global economy. Even previously “safe” careers such as law and medicine are being disrupted by technology. However, with the increasing prominence of technology and globalization, there are new opportunities that they can pioneer.

Working with individuals from multiple generations may seem like a daunting task because no single structure will keep all three generations satisfied with the job. Here’s the opportunity for you all to get an insight of the hand-on experience from these three generations.
