In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Robynn & Kendy

Robynn & Kendy (RnK) is a singer-songwriter duo based in Hong Kong. They are known for their creative self-directed Youtube videos of covers and originals. Their compositions include singing while playing a variety of instruments, such as the guitar, ukulele, keyboard and even sang songs with tissue boxes and cups. The duo debuted in 2012 under Universal Music in Hong Kong, and launched their career with an album that reached gold sales. They have also competed in The Voice of China in 2014. Apart from singing as a duo, they have explored various opportunities to work with other organizations/groups and take part in different types of performances, including music theatre productions, joint sung pieces with other artists and more. 由葉晴晴（Robynn）與孫曉慧（Kendy）組成的香港唱作組合Robynn & Kendy，於 2011 年 7 月在社交媒體 YouTube 發放改編及翻唱的作品。翌年被唱片公司發掘正式成為發片歌手，首張創作及翻唱專輯已達金唱片的成績，至今已推出 5 張專輯。Robynn & Kendy 擅長用吉他、鍵盤和夏威夷小吉他伴唱演奏。Robynn & Kendy 於 2014 年參加第三季《中國好聲音》。除了唱作，Robynn & Kendy 亦積極参與劇團及電視台節目等不同媒介的團體合作，期望擦出不一樣火花。

Symbiotic Dance Troupe 共生舞蹈團

The Symbiotic Dance Troupe was established by the CCCD in 2009. The aim is to provide a platform to bring dancers with unique characteristics together, and through their movements challenge prevailing views of dance. The Symbiotic Dance Troupe has assembled people of all different abilities together to dance on the same stage. The group encourages each individual to to discover their own unique artistic voice through their movement, while also creating beautiful physical forms of expression in collaboration with their fellow members. Yuenjie MARU is the Artistic Director of the Symbiotic Dance Troupe at the Centre for Community Cultural Development (CCCD) and the first certified DanceAbility teacher in Hong Kong. 共生舞蹈團於 2009 年正式成立，旨在讓不同特質的舞者共聚一堂，以行動和演出打破觀眾對舞蹈的固有觀念。共生舞蹈團各不同能力成員於同一平台起舞，在藝術上尋找各自獨特的舞步，同時也與其他人合作為舞團創作出美麗的動作詞彙。講者丸仔為社區文化發展中心共生舞團藝術總監及香港首位舞動所能認證導師。

Allan Au 區家麟

區家麟1989年六月到電視台實習，一留便二十年。他形容自己因六四而入行，因九七而留下，多年來他擔任過記者、編輯、監製和節目主持，現職中文大學新聞與傳播學院專業顧問。 除了書寫社會的不公義，他也曾到過世界不同角落採訪遊歷，如復活島、阿馬遜森林、科索沃等地，著有《潮池──浪遊二十國度的故事》等書。

CY Leo 何卓彥

Leo is a two-time Harmonica World Champion at the World Harmonica Festival in 2009 and 2013. He has accumulated 17 international titles since 2006. Leo has also been invited to be the adjudicator in various international harmonica festivals since he was 19. His unique exploration on the harmonica has given him opportunities to tour over 60 cities across Asia, Europe and North America. He has combined classical, jazz, pop, funk and rock music in his repertoire and his style has made him the first Asian harmonica headliner on numerous international cruise lines. He is currently the international spokesperson for the Honher Music. 何卓彥於 2009 年和 2013 年世界口琴節中兩度榮獲「世界冠軍」名銜。2006 年至今已累積共十七項國際口琴賽事的冠軍寶座。從十九歲開始，何卓彥已被邀請擔任多個國際口琴節的評判。憑何卓彥獨特的演奏靈活性，已在亞洲、歐洲和北美等 60 多個城市的巡迴演出。其曲風涵蓋古典音樂、爵士音樂、民謠、搖滾，以至流行音樂，使他成為多間國際郵輪公司上的首位亞洲口琴 Headliner。何卓彥現亦為 Honher Music 國際代言人。

Jasmine Tse 謝曬皮

Jasmine Tse’s artwork features a woman as she sees herself. Her works gained a following in 2012 as the subject matter resonated Hong Kong locals. Jasmine has published seven books and held multiple exhibitions. Her artwork is humorous and easy to understand. Her work not only represents small facets of her daily life, but also travel experiences and her political views. 謝曬皮在香港浸會大學畢業，主修視覺藝術，2015 年留學英國並取得倫敦藝術大學視藝碩士。自 2012 年在社交媒體專頁上載圖文後迅速走紅，4 年間出版 7 本圖文集並舉辦多個展覽。她的作品幽默通俗，主題環繞生活發現、旅行見聞和時事政治等等。

Kai Chung Tommy Ng 吳啓忠

Tommy Ng is an animator director. In 2013, he co-founded the animation studio PAPERBOX CREATIONS with his classmates. Tommy Ng has participated in the production of numerous local and international commercials, movies and music videos and he was the director of the animated film “Implosion Zero Day”. His previous works, “Shear Marks” and “The Rebellious Stone” have won numerous awards in countries such as England, Italy, Brazil, and Japan. 吳啓忠是動畫導演，2013 年和同學一起創立動畫製作公司 PAPERBOX CREATIONS。 他曾參與多個本土及外地的廣告、電影及 MV 製作，亦於動畫電影 「Implosion Zero Day」製作擔任動畫導演。創作作品「長不高的孩子」,「逆石譚」曾於英國、 意大利、巴西、日本等多國參展或獲獎。

Kong Wan Ki 江韻琪

Kong Wan Ki (KK) was born deaf and has since been living in a silent world. She uses a “wuwei” (“non-action”) approach to face everyday challenges. Because sign language is still relatively unknown in Hong Kong, KK is committed to sharing sign language and deaf culture through various medium, such as paintings, designs, and videos. 江韻琪 （KK）自離開母體就存活於無聲的世界，她一直秉著「無為」的心態去面對每一天的挑戰。身處對手語認知相對低的社會，江韻琪致力透過不同的藝術媒介如散文、繪畫、設計、短片等，積極向社區推廣手語和聾人文化，期望社會能藉此加深認識，減少隔閡。

Kwun Wai Kiwi Chow 周冠威

Kiwi graduated in 2004 from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA). He has directed many shorts. His work “Upstairs” (2006) received various local and international film festival awards. Kiwi completed his Master of Fine Arts in Film Production in 2013. That same year, he directed his first feature film, A Complicated Story, which was part of the 37th Hong Kong International Film Festival film selection. This film also earned him the Award for Young Artist (Film) from the Hong Kong Arts Development Awards 2014. His latest films includes “Self-immolator” and “Ten Years” (2015). “Ten Years” won the Best Picture Award at the 35th Hong Kong Film Awards. 周冠威 2004 年於香港演藝學院畢業，擔任副導演等幕後工作，其編導《樓上傳來的歌聲》(2006) 曾於多個本地及國際電影節獲獎。 2013 年完成電影製作碩士後，周冠威執導首部長片《一個複雜故事》，其作品成為第三十七屆香港國際電影節精選電影之一，周冠威亦憑此長片榮獲藝術發展局的藝術新秀獎。 第三十五屆香港金像獎最佳電影《十年》，是周冠威的最新作品，他負責執導《自焚者》一章。

Renatus Wu 胡卓斌

Renatus Wu is a Hong Kong graphic designer and has received awards for the best design in the book category at the Hong Kong Designers Association Global Design Awards and various awards for 2D Graphic Design from Graphic Design in China (GDC). Renatus has also founded the design studio “Edited” and indie bookstore “Book B”, and he is the co-founder “Common Room & Co.”. 胡卓斌為香港平面設計師，曾獲香港設計師協會「環球設計大獎」、「香港最佳設計」（書籍類）及 GDC「平面設計在中國」等獎項。 胡卓斌同時亦創辦設計工作室 「Edited」、香港獨立書店 「Book B」 和文化空間 「Common Room & Co.」。

Sean Mann 文禮信

To Yan Shek, Sean Mann, Malcolm Lang, and Leung Wang Lik Nick are DBS students who all ended up joining the school’s robotics team. In 2013, the team joined 11th International Informatics Project Competition “Infomatrix 2013” and won the bronze medal. In 2015, they received the Research Award at the FLL Asia Pacific Open Championship 2015 in Australia and were awarded third place at the 12th World Robot Olympiad, Gen ii Football. This year, they once again participated in the FLL Asia Pacific Open Championship 2016 and received the Innovative Solution Award. 杜恩碩，文禮信，梁錦豪和梁宏歷四人，是拔萃男書院學生，先後加入學校機械人隊。團隊曾於 2013 年第十一屆國際資訊奧林匹克 Infomatrix 奪得銅獎；2015 年於澳洲 FLL Asia Pacific Open Championship 獲頒研究獎，同年奪得第十二屆世界奧林匹克機械人競賽第三名。2016 年再次於澳洲 FLL Asia Pacific Open Championship 榮獲創新解決方案獎。他們都希望成為工程師，利用科技改善人類的生活。

Shiu Yan Leanne Szeto 司徒兆殷

Leanne Szeto is a former Hong Kong Triathlon team member. She began as a curious little girl who wanted to try everything, but her one special love was ballet. At the age of 13, she developed an interest in triathalons. By age 14, she was representing Hong Kong at the Incheon 2014 Asian Games and various other international races. Leanne is currently a flight engineer and continues to actively compete in local and international competitions. 司徒兆殷為前香港三項鐵人代表隊隊員。小時候熱愛各種活動，其後醉心芭蕾舞並專注芭蕾舞發展。13 歲時，司徒兆殷轉向三項鐵人運動發展，14 歲便代表香港參與 2014 仁川亞運及世界錦標賽等大型賽事。現為全職航空工程師的她，繼續活躍於各類型本地和國際賽事。
