Bethari Alamanda

Hello! I’m Bethari, an aspiring psychologist with a patriotic soul and a dream of creating a better & brighter tomorrow. Performing Arts is one of the many ways in which I express myself, where I also intend to inspire and spread happiness. Growing up loving Michael Jackson, I believe in equality, world peace & humanity. I believe that this world is capable to truly open their minds and join together as one. And I believe that by working together as a society, we will be able to reduce the standardized hatred between this human race.

Catherine Kamaladevi

Student
Hi I'm Catherine, I go by the nickname Cath. I thoroughly enjoy cooking and acting. Pursuing my passion had been a big part of my life. I'm currently studying in GMIS as a Grade 11 Science student.

Chhavi Virmani

Student
My name is Chhavi and I am in my freshman year of high school. I have always been absorbed in the art of reading where one can get pulled into a completely different reality and forget about everything else. This, combined with the overwhelming influence of music, is where I find my peace in the world.

Edita Andiani

Student
I am currently a high school student living in Jakarta, Indonesia. Being a student living in the fast-pace modern society of the 21st century, I try my best to maintain a balance between my ideals and reality. I have always had a strong interest towards human interaction as a form of communication, and am eager to voice out my thoughts with the main aim of connecting to people, despite apparent and unapparent differences in opinions, perspectives, and other borders that might separate.

Gabriel Garlycia

Student
I'm Gabriel Garlycia, a senior of Gandhi Memorial Intercontinental School. I've lived in a great home with two loving parents and a brother who has always stuck with me through thick and thin, especially when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2004. With the rise of technological advancements for illnesses and social media, a lot misconceptions also tend to be made about not just diabetes but also mental disorders - something I strive to spread awareness about.

Jiss Anns Biji

Student
Jiss is a fun-loving 12th grader who is passionate about writing and drawing. She wants to be a good public speaker for no legitimate reason and thinks she is getting there slowly. But more than anything, she spends her time watching architectural videos and stand-up comedy on YouTube. Her most sincere wish is to live in a world of laughs and joy all around.

Mehaik Barua

Student
Hello my name is Mehaik and I’m a meme potato. A student in the 11th grade who enjoys Biology and Psychology (Regrets taking IB). Many of my friends find me smashing, steaming and fired up for anything. My parents… not so much. As a teenager of the 21st century, I enjoy sharing articles and images that convey today’s global culture that is, memes, on a daily basis to make others happy and myself happy.

Na-tasha Mhishi

Student + Dancer + Choreographer
In all honesty I am not one to talk much about myself but I will try just this once. Hello my name is Natasha, despite my best efforts I am a regular teenager. I read books, swoon over hot guys, watch tv shows and hang out with my friends. I am mere flesh and bones quite honestly and I don’t think I am that interesting to the average human being. However, I have done a few things I am proud of such as learning to better express myself through various art forms such as poetry, films, dance, etc. Do not let this description mislead you into thinking I have low self-esteem; that is far from the truth, as I am probably the loudest and most daring person you will ever meet.

Nicole Ong

Student
"For a small girl with an averaged sized brain and no talent to be able to live this long is quite an achievement so get me dem recognition" A strong pursuing equality advocator in the body of a 5ft female student. Since a young age, I have been strongly exposed to many different cultures of many varying individuals so I got to see a lot of people's opinions in matters such as discrimination against race or gender etc. It irks me that even the simple concept of tolerance is still not adopted in the minds of many people. I yearn to be one of the people to be able to help others understand the importance of equality and to break the stereotypical norm of what it truly means.

Vanessa Hilarry

Student
A perpetual idealist / occasional realist with interests in reading greek mythologies and debating about global issues. I spend my free time watching compelling crime documentaries and volunteering, hoping to spread joy among others.
