Hsinchu City, Hsinchu

Beyond the Obvious was designed to bring to light a breadth of multi-faceted ideas to our community. Through our theme, we recognize that the world is changing quickly - from the technological realm to the business sector to the psychological breakthroughs. We hope to broaden our audiences' eyes to perceive their world through a different perspective, or simply a brand new lens. TEDxYouth@IBSH is meant to inspire attendees to dream bigger and look beyond the obvious boundaries of their local communities to create change.

The International Bilingual School at the Hsinchu Science Park has an extremely diligent and vibrant student body. Our students are intellectually curious and always looking towards acquiring new experiences and ideas. By bringing TEDx to IBSH, we hope to motivate students to be original, to think outside the box, and to expand their views of the world.
