This event occurred on

(UTC +2hrs)
Zagreb, Grad Zagreb

People have been in constant search for something. The first people were looking for shelter and food in order to hide from cruel nature. Throughout the history, man has gradually adapted the environment to itself, and the guiding principle was being changed as human has progressed. From a man who is vulnerable, a man who reveals, a man who wants to master and rule, up to the man who creates.

This year's theme highlights the multidimensionality of human in the sense of never ceasing quest. In search of reflects that we are all looking for something. We young people are seeking our place in the world, we are searching for ourselves, seeking the road to success, We are looking for things we are interested in and what we will become when we "grow up". Every man is looking for self-actualization and it is a life-long journey. In search of is very broad topic, open to everyone, and everyone can find themselves in the subject. To our participants, through our speakers, we will provide an insight into developments in the fields of technology, economy, medicine and design.

In addition to innovation and ideas worth spreading that our speakers have to say, the emphasis of TEDxUniversityofZagreb will certainly be on inspiring young people to realize their full potential. Humans live and learn, curiosity is what drives us, and the search is what we live.

TEDxUniversityofZagreb will be held on June 4, 2016 in Blagoje Bersa hall situated in the new building of the Academy of Music 10:00 to 18:00 hours.
