Cassandra Santoro

Cassandra Santoro is a Sicilian-American and Italian Travel Expert. For Cassandra her love of Italy started early. She moved to Florence in 2006 after her father’s untimely passing from cancer and there found the true meaning of la dolce vita. Since living and working abroad in tourism, wine and events; she has led countless tours, obtained dual-citizenship and started Travel Italian Style in order to share the joys of the Italian good life with others. As a personal trip planner and luxury small group tour operator, Cassandra is known for creating authentic and enriching vacations for those passionate about their Italian heritage, dreaming of experiencing Italy like a local, or for women looking to find themselves through travel. Cassandra currently lives between New York City and Florence, Italy and is working on her first book about her Italian lifestyle and travels

Mark Steier

Mark Steier war bis 2012 als Verkäufer im Bereich Autoteile auf eBay aktiv. 2010 avancierte er zum größten Verkäufer bei eBay-Motors. Ende 2012 zog sich Steier aus dem aktiven Verkauf zurück und lebt nun als Privatier in der Nähe von Köln. Er ist Betreiber des Blogs und der Facebookgruppe Wortfilter. Hier steht er aktiven Händlern mit Kompetenz und offenem Ohr zur Seite. Weiterhin ist Steier regelmäßig auf Veranstaltungen anzutreffen, wo er rund um das Thema Onlinehandel spricht. Steier hat es sich zur Berufung gemacht, unabhängig und unverblümt in seiner Meinung zu sein und Händler jeglicher Größe, insbesondere aber kleine und mittlere Unternehmen, zu unterstützen, damit sich diese im hart umkämpften Wettbewerb möglichst gut etablieren können. Ab 2016 wird Mark Steier zudem die Teilnehmer des Amazon-Programms „Unternehmer der Zukunft“, dessen Ideengeber er ist, als Coach unterstützen.

Prof. Dr. J. Rod Franklin

Prof. Dr. J. Rod Franklin received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering with distinction from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA in 1974. He received the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA, USA in 1975. He received the M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, Boston, MA, USA in 1975, and he received his doctorate in management from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, USA in 2001. Prof. Franklin has held management positions at Cameron Iron Works, Digital Equipment Corporation, Entex Information Services, Viacore, Usco Logistics and Kuehne + Nagel Management AG. In addition, he has consulted with Theodore Barry & Associates, Booz-Allen and Hamilton, and Arthur Young & Company. He is currently the Dean of Programs, Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Logistics, and Academic Director of Executive Education at the Kühne Logistics University, Hamburg, Germany. His areas of research include data analytics, decision science, mathematical modeling, future Internet services, sustainable logistics and the Physical Internet. Prof. Franklin is the Vice Chairman of the Alliance for Logistics Innovation through Collaboration in Europe (ALICE), a European Technology Platform, and advisory board member of numerous European Union research projects including Moduluschca, Optet, Cirrus and Cassandra.

Stefanie Kunzelnick

Stefanie Kunzelnick has a bachelor's degree in International Management, and, parallel to her professional tasks, completed a master's degree in Sustainable Management and CSR Management (M.A.) as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Germany, Austria, Great Britain and the USA. She works as a freelance lecturer for Sustainability and CSR Management, and as a consultant for companies and non-profit organizations in the aforementioned areas.
