Ton Van Der Hoeve

Collaboration Consultant
Started in NAM as a self-made Sheller in the famous 80s - no cell phones, no internet. My first job ever? - sweeping a warehouse’s floor, but after this temp job I joined NAM in the logistics area supporting offshore operations, moving land and work over rigs for years. I moved to contracting and procurement department next and started a real office job as Buyer and Contract Management Support. At the birth of the internet, my interest in everything World Wide Web related was born and I moved into IT Web Design and Information Management. Becoming an expert in online matters provided an opportunity in a new profession during reorganization - Collaboration Consultant and I worked in this very interesting space for the last 9 years. It was my best move in a total of 32 years in Shell. Sometimes your job does not exist yet and you have to wait for it!

She has competed in many countries worldwide. She’s achieved well over two-dozen first-place wins in various humorous and motivational speaking competitions. She has written a few novels and loves to write poetry in her spare time. Yolanda is the proud single mother of 3 beautiful children. They are God’s reflection of how truly blessed she is. She is in love with the motherhood experience, finding reasons to love on her children daily. They are her mirror and she strives to like what she sees in that reflection. That includes making sure there is LIFE in our life!
