In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Chetan Aggarwal

Chetan Aggarwal currently works with the Government of India. His work includes Communication and Research. Previously, he worked in his family business of manufacturing bicycle parts and has also worked in the Investment Banking Industry. Chetan is an alumnus of The Doon School, Dehradun and studied Commerce in SRCC, Delhi. He completed his Masters in Business Administration from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Dr. Narav Shah

Dr Nirav Shah works currently in the Government of India, where he is working on technology, research & policy related issues. Previously he worked in the Chief Minister's Office in Gujarat. A Dentist by education, his area of focus is far away from the oral cavity. His interests lie in the wide spectrum of policy issues and the politics around it.

Sandy Dias Adrande

Sandy Dias Andrade is a psychotherapist and the director at Just Being. Departing from the field of journalism, she trained in Clinical Psychology from Mumbai University. Over the years, she has assimilated and synthesized various psycho-spiritual approaches within psychotherapy and group process work and has intuitively moved towards a holistic, transpersonal and integral approach. She has fifteen years of experience in the field of counselling and psychotherapy and her experience has paid dividends for the youth, having shared her approach of 'Presence Oriented Psychotherapy' among a concourse of her fellow psychotherapists and counsellors along with her co-developed training program in `Mindfulness based Active Listening' that has enlightened hundreds of volunteers for her programs. Among other of her various initiatives in coalition with various non-profit organizations, the establishment of the first of its kind, helpline service in Pune is one that stands out the most as it provides on-the-go advice and counselling to various victims of depression, peer-pressure and suicidal intentions. The application of mindfulness in education, parenting, relationships, communities and organizations is also what she is passionate about. Her own journey in awareness, love and wisdom is what she seeks to nurture and facilitate for herself as well as for others.

Yash Gandhi

Yash Gandhi currently works with the Government of India, where he is working close on IT and Policy related issues. Previously , from 2011 to 2014 he worked with the Chief Minister's Office in Gujarat. Yash is an alumnus of the Doon School , Dehradun, after which he read history at St. Stephen's College. He also read South Asian studies at the University of Oxford.
