As Product Manager for Edison, he led the ideation and development of many innovative products, actively contributing to the smart city revolution. He's also the founder and Stage Director of the Theatre Company "Parafrisando".

Countess Alexandra de Vazeilles is the owner of the Château des Bachelards I Comtesse de Vazeilles estate located in Fleurie, Rhône. Before entering the wine and agriculture business she was an executive based in Chicago and London as a corporate strategy consultant for technology firms. During all these years she travelled the world’s wine regions and cooked extensively for friends and family in order to be able to share and taste wines.


David Nadelberg

David Nadelberg is the creator of Mortified, a grassroots storytelling project where adults share the embarrassing things they created as kids. Now in its 14th year, Mortified produces a stage show in 20 cities worldwide, a podcast, film/TV, books, and beyond.

Dozie Okeleke

Dozie is a firm believer in business as a force for good. While at Unilever, he led the Africa cluster of the Young Leaders Sustainability Network (YLSN), a 175-strong group of high-performing young employees from across the globe. Members of the network were empowered to become sustainability pioneers within Unilever, in support of the company’s sustainable growth goals. In 2013, Dozie became an Ambassador for One Young World (OYW), a not-for-profit organization which provides opportunities for young adults to join in a global network of socially committed individuals with leadership potential. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA degree from INSEAD.

Koen Veltman

Koen Veltman is a true believer in business as a force for good in this world. He is Partner & Founder of OrganizationBuilders, a venture focused on supporting organizations in the transition towards self-management, for example by adopting Holacracy. Koen has over 10 years of experience as consultant at SparkOptimus, McKinsey & Company and Aberkyn, working across a broad number of industries and geographies with organizations ranging from 5 people start-ups as well as 250,000 people collectives. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Econometrics and Quantitative Finance from Tilburg University.  He is a certified Holacracy coach.

Monica Wadhwa is a marketing researcher who has spent over a decade understanding what drives people’s motivation. She is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at INSEAD. She obtained a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Stanford University, a Masters in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in India and Bachelors in Sociology from Delhi University in India.

She joined Generation following her MBA at INSEAD in 2011, where she got a chance to take a step back and think about her previous experience in finance and the short-term nature of our capital markets. In the past 5 years, she has invested in growth stage companies contributing to the transition to a low carbon economy, as well as (in her current role) larger consumer-focused businesses that are well positioned for a sustainable future.
