Theme: Chasing Dreams

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Claudiu Moldovan

According to Claudiu Moldovan it’s often the small daily actions that are easy to execute but also easy to miss. Without a system, and a way to measure your progress, it doesn't matter how strong-willed you are, how much talent you possess or how big your dreams are.

Karsten Deppert

Karsten Deppert is a serial entrepreneur and creationist working towards making Helsingborg as awesome as possible. He is involved in many companies and organisations, for example Contentor started by himself and currently his biggest company. It helps translate e-commerce businesses’ texts and offers digital communication guidance. Another company of his is Mindpark, a coworking and event space hosting 89 companies, the Think Incubator, and events such as workshops and speeches. Karsten is also engaged in the recent refugee situation in the region by being initiator of both language workshops and integration seminars.

Staffan Ehde

Staffan Ehde, a former film producer for 25 years and with many awards with him he reinvented himself and became an innovation facilitator. Out of the blue his wife decided they would go sailing on the oceans for 3 years, and this led to some amazing journeys and experiences. Again promoted to his own incompetence, the inner dialogue unfolds. Why do some people get things their way and why do some never get anything done?
