Doug Melville

Doug Melville is the Chief Diversity Officer of TBWA\Worldwide, a top ten global ad agency. He works with the North American network of agencies on Diversity efforts across talent outreach, culture and creative vendor relationships. Prior to joining TBWA, Melville was Founder and CEO of RedCarpets.com. From '05 to '09 Melville worked alongside Earvin “Magic” Johnson as the President of his Ad Agency, and as VP of Business Development & Marketing for his portfolio of partners and for his New York Times best selling book 32 Ways to be a Champion in Business. In '03 Melville was recognized by Advertising Age, as a “Top Twenty-something in America” and featured him in its 75th Anniversary Issue’s “Next Generation Redefines the Ad Model.”

Erin Griffin

Erin is a documentary filmmaker, who specializes in directing and producing social justice films based in peace & conflict zones. She graduated with a BBA in Business Entrepreneurial Management from TCU, and later focused management skills and art towards film production. At age 18, Erin led networks to raise awareness about child soldiers and fundraised to build schools in Northern Uganda. In 2009, she worked in Rwanda where she consulted small businesses, and mediated reconciliation between victims and perpetrators being released after the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. She later directed a short film on the topic called To Forgive. To support production, Erin worked at Google in San Francisco, Chicago and New York City, where she managed top advertising accounts. After leaving Google, she was the Global Impact Producer for the award winning documentary film Beyond Right & Wrong: Stories of Justice and Forgiveness, and helped launch the innovative film platform, FilmRaise.com.

Eva Mautino

Eva Was Born In Italy And Moved To Sweden To Attend The Hyper Island School. She Started Her Advertising Career In Post-Production And Animation In Stockholm And In 2006 She Joined B-Reel To Combine Her Film, Animation And Web Knowledge. She Has Since Been Involved In The Company's Growth Into An International Creative Agency Working On A Number Of Renowned Digital Campaigns.

Mukta Mohan

Mukta is a DJ and radio producer based in Los Angeles. She has a radio show on KXLU 88.9fm that focuses on independent music, and she regularly interviews local musicians, artists, authors, and directors. Mukta also co-founded a music and arts collective called Honey Power that organizes all kinds of events including concerts, art shows, panel discussions and dance parties. Mukta loves to travel and hear people’s stories. She graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
