In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Dream Big Pilipinas (Co-founder)

EJ Qua Hiansen is currently the Chairman of Dream Big Pilipinas Futbol Association, an organization which embodies the belief that transforming the Philippines, and altering the course of its future, is made possible through educating the youth in a new and innovative way. The aim of Dream Big Pilipinas is to bring back the Big Dreams of the Filipino youth so that they may know that anything is possible through commitment and resilience to pursue dreams despite circumstances by using football as a catalyst for positive transformation. Dream Big Pilipinas is currently active in 4 communities in Mandaluyong, empowering more than 400 children from less advantaged families to dream.

PADS (Founder)

John Paul founded the Philippine Accessible Deaf Services Inc. (PADS) formerly Gualandi Volunteer Service Programme, Inc. (GVSP) in 2005. It is a non-profit, non-government organization that works for an inclusive compassionate society where Deaf people can realize their full potentials as co-equal partners in nation building and to function as a knowledge and resource center for Deaf people.

Prim Paypon, is a Filipino Dreamagineer who founded "The Dream Project PH" - a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that helps build the nation by shaping and enabling collective Filipino dreams among underserved and underprivileged communities through creative education, social design innovation, youth voluntraining and community collaboration.
