Linving in a state of In Absentia we wanted to challange people minds we wanted them to listen and see ideas and topics that they were In Absentia about from all the fields even if it is a well known topic then they would see it from an angle or a point of view that they were In Absentia about or have never looked at it from this perspective before. We invited people to join us in our In Absentia and harness the opportunity to discover the obscure parts in themselves.

Illumob

Is a dance crew combining art and tech together it is an example of starting from the bottom and reaching the highest levels. Created by a 15 years old choreographer and programmer Muhammad Al Toukhi along with his classmates to stand among 3 crews doing such performances in the whole world

Ahmed Hawary "KEKO"

An Acoustic guitar performer/singer from Alexandria. He has been on stage for 6 years in various bands and also playing Pop and Rock music mainly. He sings Arabic lyrics, and makes songs out of old Arabic poetry. Ahmed Hwawary writes his own lyrics as well. He has a day job as an Engineer, but music is a passion that grows deeper inside of him everyday. His dream is to play live in a stadium with full crowd in front of him, and maybe tour the middle east with the forgotten poetry of our ancestors so their wisdom will be revived among us once again. Until then, he will be on every street, club, café or mall. He will be strumming his guitar with enthusiasm that never dies and lyrics that come from the heart. He will be aiming for your heart!

He was born in 1992. His nationality is Sudanese but He live in Egypt. Studying at the Faculty of Law of the University of Alexandria. He began to practice hip-hop dance five years ago and loved it, and always try to do Something different. Something completely different.

Ali Ghozlan

Medical student and stand up comedian who made concerts all over Egypt . He's a judge in " Kfs 3andha talent " programme which based on discovering talented people and introduce them to community . He's participating in a lot of civil works in the past 5 years and took senior positions . Believes in success and that every human being must have a goal to achieve . A single man can't change all the world but can help .

Eslam Guinena

Eslam Guinena, born and grew up in Alexandria Graduated from victory college IGCSE. Geniena is currently a junior student at the university of science and technology at Zewail City, he is pursing a major in Environmental Engineering and a minor in Nano-Sciences He, together with his team managed to secure the first place in the International Cultural and Academic Meeting for Engineering Students at Bogazicy University, Istanbul, this was based on their project Enhancement of Microbial Desalination Fuel Cell for Energy Generation and Water Desalination. . Geniena is now doing a short term research visit at the Helmholtz Institute, Berlin, where he works on developing a Photo-catalytic Water Splitting system for harnessing hydrogen energy from water

Haitham Elhariri

Haitham Abo El Ezz Elhariri he is an Electronics and Communication engineer. Graduated from faculty of engineering Alexandria university at 1999. He is a member of Engineers Syndicate board, President of the healthcare committee at the engineers Syndicate. Member of the Parliament and the healthcare committee of the Parliament. During the run for the Parliament membership, his priorities were education and health renaissance and to fight corruption. He believes that the progress of any country mainly depends on education and health renaissance. He also believes that education should be Egypt's first national project to build a modern civilian democratic Country.

Khaled Al Srougy

He is 24 years old, graduated from faculty of, commerce English section back in 2013 he studied CMA which stands for "certified managerial accounting" He noticed in the last period the spread of two cases of divorce and suicide among all ages and people around us. He has been through many experiences with friends of all ages and living circumstances yet all of them have the same common factor which is despair and lonely He hopes he can deliver his message in a good way.

Mahmoud Mansi

started his career(s) as both a freelancer and an employee, until he found his way into becoming an entrepreneur, yet still remains an employee and a freelancer. Mahmoud Mansi is an HR professional, award winning author, journalist, photographer, trainer, career coach, and an entrepreneur. He works as a Senior HR Specialist Currently Mahmoud is working on releasing 3 online magazines about: School Education, Theater, and History of Families. Mahmoud attended several conferences worldwide and won a few awards from the British Council as well as a couple of literary awards in Spain and the UK His wining story "The Island" wasn't ranked among the top 3 winners, yet he was inspired and motivated to write further and to start building several writing projects using his knowledge, talent and experience in business and art. Mahmoud tries to transfer his experience to the society through public speaking.

Marwa Atta

She is a scientific researcher. She studied pharmacy and graduated in 2011. In 2013, she received an Erasmus scholarship and moved to France to study her Master's Master's Degree in Drug Design in Universite de Lille 2 which she received in 2015. She studied the biological mechanisms of different diseases, particularly psychological disorders. In addition She acquired thorough knowledge on the exact mechanisms of action of their different treatments. She has been diagnosed with resistant chronic depression and social anxiety, with which she have been struggling since she was a child. So this gave her a precise and exact insight on mental illness and the stigma that is associated with it, especially in Egypt. Her idea is basically to break the silence on mental illness in Egypt especially depression which attacks millions of people in the world and in Egypt.

Mohammed Nassar

Graduated from faculty of science microbiology department.Studying masters of molecular biology. He is interested in science researches especially genetic engineering. Also he cares about the importance of the awareness about the science of molecular biology, the challenges that face the scientific researches and the new technologies in molecular biology and genetic engineering

Rauf Al Shamy

A graduate from faculty of medicine Alexandria university. Studying masters of surgery since he was a medical student (19 years old), he was concerned with different types of business and stared to run his own business. Gain business experience by self-education. He believed that anybody could make his own organization and be a leader in his field also the best individual and community financial solution is to be an Entrepreneur

Said Shaheen

He was born in Alexandria, Egypt. Studying at the University of Alexandria. He began to practice foot bag freestyle many years ago and loved it, and always try to do something different. And he found his passion in this kind of sport.

Salim Nassar

He's A Syrian born at Syria and he is one of whom suffered from the conflict happened in Syria since 2011 Events and he travelled to Egypt and start living in it.

Sarah Cockey

Sarah cockey Is originally from the United States and a graduate of Florida State University where she studied International Affairs and Political Science. While living in the United States, Sarah worked with refugees helping them settle and acclimate in their new environment. She served as a board member of the Spokane Interfaith Council where she helped to bring people in different religions together in the community.

Shereen Zeyady

She graduated from the Faculty of Arts, English Department, Literature Section. She has been a teacher of English and World History as well as a teacher trainer for twenty years. She is currently the Academic Supervisor at American Council Egypt. She has met people from all over the world through her travels and her career and she has come to realize that the monster under the bed that is quietly but surely gnawing away at our humanity and civility, while we sleep through it all, is stereotyping. It is high time to wake up and kill the beast.
