Anuranjita Kumar is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Citi South Asia. She has worked across Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and USA. She began her career with P&G in 1994 and joined Citi in 1995. She has held a variety of roles including Senior HR Generalist for Corporate and Investment Banking, Staffing and Development manager in NY and Senior HR advisor for Private Bank in Singapore.
She is the Chairperson of the HR Committee at Amcham India, Advisory board member of SHRM India, Member of the South Asia Executive Council Conference Board, Member of CII National Core Committee on Human Resources, Member of the National Human Resources Forum India and the Citi business champion for American India Foundation.
She has also been recognized as amongst the 'Most Powerful HR Professionals of India', by the World HRD Congress in 2012 and amongst the 'Most Powerful Woman Leaders' by Fortune in 2013. Anuranjita is also a certified diver.

Energy Medicine Practitioner
Louisa Tomlinson is a qualified energy medicine practitioner, Integral Somatic Psychotherapist and child and adolescent therapist. In this talk, she explores some of the events and insights that led her to train in energy medicine, and how its approach might contribute to current models of mental health treatment. Energy medicine is an integrated system of healing that uses maps and methods from emerging disciplines like neuroscience, quantum physics and somatic psychology, and traditional medicine traditions like shamanic counselling, Ayurveda, Qigong and quantum healing. A growing body of doctors and scientists are acknowledging that the mind, emotions and body are part of one inter-related system, which is profoundly affected by both its inner and outer environment. A growing number of quantum physicists are acknowledging that everything is made of different patterns and frequencies of energy, from thoughts and emotions to the physical body and the world of matter.
Principal Director (INTACH)
Mr Navin Piplani, is the Principal Director at Indian National Trust of Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH). Since 2002, he has been involved as a core member of Taj Mahal Conservation Collaborative, a multidisciplinary team of conservation and management professionals, engaged in the architectural conservation of the World Heritage Site of Taj Mahal and its environs. He runs his own architecture conservation practice in Delhi and has acquired knowledge and hands-on skills in historic building conservation by working on several significant architectural conservation projects in India and Europe. Navin assisted Prof. AG Krishna Menon, eminent conservationist in India, in the preparation of the Charter for the Conservation of Unprotected Architectural Heritage and Sites in India. This was adopted and published by the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage on November 4, 2004, and is applied extensively by the heritage professionals working with INTACH.

Poonam Bagai, is the founder President of CanKids KidsCan, a registered charitable National Society working to make a Change for Childhood Cancer in India. She is the Vice Chairperson of Pallium India, is Joint Secretary of Indian Cancer Society, Delhi Branch and Member of Cancer Sahyog, an emotional support group of survivors and caregivers. She supports Forum for Breast Cancer Protection and has acted in a film on Breast Self Examination. Poonam herself being a colon cancer survivor has looked beyond her ordeals in life to provide support to children with cancer and their families. She is a woman of substance, a fighter and an inspiration for many as is evident by her efforts to mentor teenage and young adult cancer survivors.
