Brent Clark

CEO of Wattblock
Brent is passionate about startup companies and driving innovation through large corporations using startup methods: lean startup, design thinking and growth hacking. As CEO of Wattblock he is building a ‘for profit’ social enterprise. He is raising ‘impact capital’ from environmental impact investors who want venture-style returns on their investment but also want to see a social benefit from their investment. With his co-founder, Ross McIntyre, he is building a team of innovative thinkers who can solve the climate change problem using data and analytics. Brent holds a Bachelor in Computer Science and Laws from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA, a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He plays tennis and jazz saxophone in his spare time, has travelled to 35 countries and grew up on the northern beaches of Sydney.

Susan is passionate about propelling Sino-Australian cultural relationships, and communicates swiftly across cultures. She effectively brings a salient combination of technical prowess and commercial acumen to Google and 3 Startup teams. As a Dynamic Display Campaign Manager at Google, Susan provides creative direction for the largest advertisers and agencies in Australia. She also led as the technology evangelist in the China Australia Millennial Project during Vivid Sydney Festival, a social enterprise building on bilateral relations through engaging millennial entrepreneurs. She has founded Dragon Translating and Interpreting Service in 2012. Currently she is the co-founder of Oplay, a collection of smart toys designed for women in the form of wearable technology that enables early detection and data collection for health.
