TEDxNewYorkSalon is an intersectional community of diverse, open-minded and passionate individuals, who connect via private salons and other curated events. The longest running and most active TEDx program in New York City, our community has met almost every Friday since 2009. We'd love to welcome you to join us this Friday at The Olivia (315 West 33rd Street) for a private Salon co-facilitated by Alexandra Santiago and Katerina Miras and Alexandra Santiago of Renaissance Swag - an online platform sharing the best findings in health, mental mastery, mindfulness and social savviness.

Doors open at 5:00 pm, the screening begins at 5:30 pm. Tickets are available free of charge, on a first-come, first-served basis. .

ABOUT ALEXANDRA SANTIAGO
Connector and life-long learner, Alex believes that positive social and environmental change can be driven through business. She’s used her love for engagement, outreach and events coordination to drive sustainability initiatives and cultivate community at Impact Hub NYC and American Express. Renaissance Swag, a lifestyle blog that offers a fresh perspective on “self-help” and teaches young women how to step up their mental performance, relationships and impact, is Alex’s side hustle that she co-creates with Katerina Miras (her curly-haired twin that also sits on the TEDxNewYorkSalon team.)
Alex joined the organizing team in 2015.

ABOUT KATERINA MIRAS
Katerina is to an idea what a wine maker is to a grape. As an art historian from NYU's Institute of Fine Arts and an artist/graphic designer, she collaborates with others to nourish, to harvest and to ultimately create something that inspires. She has used this love of art, creative direction and brand strategy at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Christie's Auction House, and Marlborough Gallery. Katerina is also the Co-Founder of Renaissance Swag (with Alexandra Santiago), a lifestyle blog that encourages people to accept life gracefully and elevate their standards in health, relationships and purpose.
Kat joined the organizing team in 2015.
