TedxKarlovackaGimnazija event, Roads to Success, is a Youth Event aimed at senior students with the intention of broadening their horizons and motivating them to reflect on what it means to be successful and how success can be achieved and maintained by exploring one’s talents, following diverse paths and realizing one’s true potential.
The event comprises two speakers, two original TED talks and musical intervals.

Nikola Skoric was born in 1976 in Rijeka, Croatia. After graduating from The University of Novi Sad in 2008, he started working at the television of Vojvodina. He performed as an actor and participated as a scriptwriter of mini tv series "Night Shift" and "Great Serbia". His life was dramatically changed by unprecedented success of "State Job" – a ten-minute tv series which is daily broadcast on the television of Vojvodina. Some of the episodes have had up to 800,000 views on YouTube. He works at a design agency "Peter Gregson" as a copywriter.Organizing team
