Adrianne Haslet-Davis

Dancer, philanthropist, 2013 Boston Marathon survivor and amputee
On April 15, 2013, Adrianne Haslet-Davis was a victim of the Boston Marathon Bombings, where she lost her left leg below the knee. In the face of unfathomable adversity, Adrianne, a professional ballroom dancer and former Fortune 500 corporate manager, did not falter. Instead, she met her challenges head-on, returning to the ballroom with a prosthetic limb, actively engaging in philanthropy, and appearing on CNN, Dancing with the Stars, the View, and other media outlets to become an inspiration to millions.

Gus Morales

Teacher, Social Justice Education Activist
Gus Morales is the current president of the Holyoke Teachers Association and a teacher for Holyoke Public Schools. The Holyoke Public Schools fired Gus in June of 2014 after speaking out against a district-wide initiative to post student test scores publicly on walls, a practice known as "data walls." Following an investigation by the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations and an outpouring of public support, Gus was reinstated in November of 2014 only to be fired again at the end of the 2014-15 school year. In August, the Department of Labor Relations issued a complaint against the Holyoke Public Schools, yet again citing probable cause that he was retaliated against for speaking out.

Regie Gibson

Literary performer
Regie Gibson is a poet, songwriter, author, educator, and a performer. He is a former National Poetry Slam Individual Champion, and has been named Chicago Tribune's Artist of the Year for Excellence in poetry. Regie has also been featured on HBO's Def Jam Poetry and NPR, and nominated for a Boston Emmy.

Sara Seager

Planetary scientist, astrophysicist, professor at MIT
Sara Seager is an astrophysicist and planetary scientist at MIT whose work focuses on exoplanets. Referred to as "an astronomical Indiana Jones," Professor Seager's work helped lead to the first discovery of an atmosphere on a planet outside of our solar system. She is devoting her life to, as she puts it, "finding other Earths."

Shree Bose

2011 Google Global Science Fair Winner, Piper Co-founder, Harvard Undergraduate
Shree is a current Harvard undergraduate, majoring in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. She was the grand prize winner of the first Google Global Science Fair in 2011 for her work with drug resistance in ovarian cancer. She is also a dedicated STEM education advocate, which led her to create Piper, a Minecraft toolbox for aspiring engineers.

Stacey Sargison-Shawe

Life coach, entrepreneur
Stacey Sargison-Shawe is an English entrepreneur and professional life coach who specializes in business guidance and self-discovery. She worked outwardly glamorous jobs at Universal Pictures and Paramount Pictures yet was unfulfilled, so she left to pursue her passion of helping others tap into their potential. She has been featured on BBC and The Times.

Ted Werth

Serial entrepreneur
A self-professed serial entrepreneur, Ted Werth founded PlumChoice, a remote PC repair service, in his basement in 2001. PlumChoice grew into a booming national service with over 1,000 employees and $50 million in revenue, earning Werth accolades such as Ernst and Young's 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year for the New England region. Ted is currently working on his next venture, Roostwire, whose mission is "to change real estate for good" through technological innovation.
