Andreas Goldschmid

A native of Vienna, Austria, Andreas graduated from the University of Economics Vienna. He joined ExxonMobil Controllers in 1990 and had multiple assignments that include Treasures, Marketing, Audit, Fuels Planning and Retail Sales. He joined Global Services Company in 2008 as Planning Manager. This role was followed by a move to EMIT in 2009. In February 2014, Andreas assumed his current position in Houston as Manager of Downstream Business IT. Andreas lives with his wife and two daughters in The Woodlands, Texas. He enjoys a variety of hobbies including biking, skiing, Border Collie Rescue/Training and reading.

Ethan starting working for ExxonMobil in Houston, Texas straight out of university in 2003. He's had a diverse range of assignments in IT in Retail (three of them), SAP, Knowledge Management, and Planning. Ethan currently has the best job in all of IT, which is leading the global techSpring Innovation Community and finding innovative technology to make our operations safer and more efficient. He is based in Clinton, NJ, where he and his family enjoy exploring the northeast and enjoying the non-boiling temperatures. Ethan is an avid tinkerer, target shooter, and gun collector (while living in Texas), and loves hanging out with his two daughters and performing Disney princess plays.

Mariana Alessi

Mariana has a master's degree in Political Science from UFPR, a graduate degree in International Business and is a bachelor in International Relations. Born and raised in the 5.000 inhabitants city of Diamante do Norte, PR, she was the first person in the history of her town to go on an exchange program out of the country (and the only one to this date). She learned English traveling 600km a week and by listening to the Backstreet Boys. Joined ExxonMobil in 2008 in Procurement and is currently one of the only 2 resources within Global Services Company special studies located at the Curitiba BSC, working as a Planning Analyst to the BSC CoE advisor. Avid reader of politics and romances, loves to travel, dance and spend time with family and friends.

Monica K Goulart is graduated in Tourism and has a Master Degree in Geography. She joined ExxonMobil BSC in 2006 as a Dedicated Customer Professional on Customer Service Lubricants department working for AmSouth. Her most challenging opportunity at EM happened on 2013, when she was assigned to the role of Accounts Receivable Supervisor for Lubricants and also for Fuels in 2015 after the merge of Fuels and Lubricants team in Curitiba. She is married to Ricardo Roth also ExxonMobil employee and like to run, watch sitcoms, roller coasters, cook, eat and play with her dogs.
