Theme: The Trailblazers

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Kemi Gadaleta

Kemi Gadaleta is a jewelry maker in New York City. Kemi started her own jewelry company from the ground up choosing the path less followed, and makes her own jewelry by hand. Kemi started an incredible project called "love is blind" in which she makes and sells Braille rings with the benefits going to the Foundation Fighting Blindness.

Kenan Mitchell

Kenan is a Junior at Randolph High School, and is involved with many philanthropic organizations, and clubs. From a young age, Kenan has loved volunteering and helping out others, currently, he is involved in a joint program with a school in Newark built to foster connections and build relationships called Ramden Dreams.

Staci Manella

Staci Manella is a student at Dartmouth College and a member of the U.S. Paralympics Alpine National Team. Staci is visually impaired yet does not let that stop her from doing anything she sets her mind to. She has competed in ski racing for over 8 years, and has also competed on the Dartmouth College Equestrian Team.
