What is truer than a tale of passion? What is more influential than a tale of passion? And what is more stronger than youth in our globe?
Youth have been sidelined for ages, they are not just our present nor a big majority. Youth are the future and definitely our change makers.
We decided to create a platform where youth will be able to tell their #TalesOfPassion and let the world shown through their eyes.

Anas Ajaj

Engineer | Innovator

Anas is studying computer sciences at Damascus University. He is very interested in innovation and creativity. Anas is currently working on developing the Internet of things and link it to other fields. Anas has won many rewards and prizes in innovation and was awarded a second place at Startup Weekend Damascus. He also worked on technology development. Anas has a passion like every other youth to spread the spirit of innovation.

Associate Project Officer at United Nations Secretary-General's Global Education First Initiative (UNSG GEFI) - Youth passionate

Boran is an International Educational Development Professional currently working at the Secretariat of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Global Education First Initiative (UNSG GEFI). As a former beneficiary of youth empowerment programmes herself, she is a strong advocate for the power of capacity building of young people through education. At the Talk, she will tell her story how she found her true passion in her youth and how she’s connected the dots in the pursuit of it.

Ghalia is an unlimited passionate girl who believes dreams can become true. She says: "Faith is my guide to the light." Ghalia is an IT student at SVU. She loves technology and graphics. She also works in marketing and in many different fields before. Ghalia's passion is to illuminate the darkness with flames of light to make the world a better place. Changing the world is challenging but it's, definitely, worth fighting for. Her motto: "Be crazy enough to think that you can change the world, and wise enough to do it"

Ghassan is a high ambitious student who despite his young age has won many rewards and medals. He is only 9 years old and envisions a world where peace is spread and charity is always taking place. He want to leave this world with a fingerprint in it.

Karim is a 7-year-old boy. people usually tend to describe him adventurous because he has a unique curiosity to discover new things and live new experiences. Karim has a very tender personality. He is always a swimmer and a champion who also manages to keep high grads in all his classes.

Majd AlKawaas

Ambitious student and Co-Founder at Aprecademy

Majd is a seventeen years old High-school student, programmer and co-founder at Aprecademy. He is Passionate about Computer sciences and interested in tech entrepreneurship. One of his start ups was an educational software. Majd won several competitions and awards in computer sciences and innovation. Majd says: "He envisions a new world."

Smile Maker\ Champion

Maria is only 11 years old who is passionate about helping others finding their reason to smile. She believes is the super power of tiny good deeds to make others smile. Maria started her championship life when she was awarded the 1st place in "Syria Open Tennis" and "National Syrian Swimming Competition."

Four talented sisters with a passion to add colorful touches to the world and be storytellers to add creativity and glimpses of magic to their community. Their life is a fairy tale full of imagination and superpowers. They believe that inside every child and adult there is an artist. "Give someone a brush and a pencil and (s)he will produce a one of a kind painting," the four sisters say.

Obada is only 18 years old who aspires to be a remarkable bio-medical engineer. He is looking forward establishing his own company. Obada is like every youth, passionate about teens' issues, leadership, management and team work

Terak is a fifth-year medical student at Damascus University, Syria. He have always had a taste for science, and a firm commitment to medicine. Tarek Says: "When I do volunteer work, I always make sure to keep a slice for educational purposes. I have had the honor of teaching tens of younger students and friends at my Uni." Through the past 5 years, living in a difficult area has been an exhausting uphill climb. However, it taught Tarek to keep moving forward and to never give up no matter how hard life hits.
