What does it mean to stay human? Everyone has their own perception of what it means to be a human being. During the very first TEDxTHUAS event, we will explore the immense diversity behind these words.

We have invited a variety of speakers who will talk about their perception of humanity, and what they are doing to preserve it. Together, they will examine the concept of staying human by adressing issues such as discrimination, refugee policy and human trafficking. By looking at these issues from different angles we will be able to connect the main premise of the event to the society of today. Our main aim is to challenge the traditional outlook on humanity in our audience and offer a platform to open discussions of the ideas that are presented.
