The day will consist of a line up of 10 incredible TEDx speakers from various walks of life (each exploring a unique realm of collaboration), topnotch performers from across the country, cutting-edge break out activities & an opportunity to mingle with the brightest minds & game changers of Waterloo.

A quest for a job with social impact and her interest in corporate social responsibility led Adrienne to WWF where she leads the Living Planet @ Work program. This innovative collaboration with HP harnesses the passion of employees for the environment – in order to chart a new course for the good of business and the future of the planet.

Arran Stephens

Co-Founder, Nature's Path
Arran Stephens has lived a life of collaboration - with organic farmers, his wife (an unconventional arranged marriage that blossomed into true love) and his children - one who made an incredible sacrifice to save his life. He has worked to fulfill his father’s destiny of leaving the Earth better than he found it and has built what has become the largest organic cereal brand in North America, Nature's Path.

Dave Farrow

2-time Guinness Record holder for greatest memory.
Dave Farrow is the two-time Guinness Record holder for greatest memory. He has been a featured guest expert on over 2000 interviews in the media including, The Today Show, Live with Regis and Kelly, Steve Harvey, Discovery Channel and many others. To earn the world record, Farrow recalled the exact order of 59 decks of shuffled playing cards using 'The Farrow Memory Method'. This method was originally invented to combat Farrow’s dyslexia and ADHD and is now a unique memory system backed by a double blind neuroscience study at McGill University.

As Director of Environmental programs for Canada’s most environmentally responsible IT company, Frances works hard to drive environmental thought and actions across HP and through many partners into broader Canadian society. Her collaboration with WWF Canada has grown over the last 5 years to produce a multiple award winning program – The Living Planet@ Work championed by HP.

Gloria Roheim-McRae

Co-Founder of Wedge15, Amazon.ca Best-selling author.
Gloria is known for her leadership as an author, strategist and trainer. Her first book, BYOB: The Unapologetic Guide to Being Your Own Boss, became an Amazon.ca best-seller in Entrepreneurship and Self-Esteem. Today, Gloria pours her wide-ranging experience into her company, Wedge15. Together with her Co-Founder and husband, Ricardo McRae, they consult clients from Toronto to Trinidad on how to build entrepreneurial teams within organizations, and how to leverage the social web to make a meaningful impact.

Harry Gandhi

Harry’s passion for healthcare has motivated him to take some early strides in the health monitoring space. He is working on Medella Health, a start-up focused around creating a wearable technology platform for continuous and non-invasive monitoring of health vitals (starting with diabetes management). With this technology and platform, Harry aims to push the healthcare system from a reactive model to a proactive model, where diseases and symptoms are prevented rather than surprisingly obtained.

Michael Bociurkiw

OSCE Monitor for Ukraine, Humanitarian Aid Worker, Communications Specialist.
Michael Bociurkiw is a Canadian-born writer, communications professional, and humanitarian aid worker. With over a decade of aid work, he has been an of aid work he's been an integral part of teams collaborating across time zones to save lives, generate fundraising and get the message out – including with UNICEF, WHO and the OSCE. He's been in the crosshairs of snipers, tumbled off a helicopter and worked two aviation disasters (most recently MH17).He has been a staff reporter for the South China Sunday Morning Post (Hong Kong) and Asia Times, and has been published in the LA Times, Forbes, Huffington Post and CNN.com.

Phil Cha

World Traveller, Founder of Riddle Room
Phil Cha was your standard student on the path to medical school. When he graduated from undergrad, however, he decided to learn more about people before becoming a physician. What followed was a decade long adventure that included a marathon on every continent and martial arts around the globe. During this time, he realized how identity is simply the product of collaboration.

Ricardo is a trailblazer, known for his commitment to business, creativity and community. He is an award-winning entrepreneur, as well as the Co-Founder of Wedge15 with his wife and business partner Gloria. He fuses his unique mastery of fine arts, project management and technology into the processes that he designs for his clients. Deeply committed to community leadership as well, Ricardo founded Canada’s only digital platform for Black excellence, called Black In Canada.

Sabrina Rubli

Founding Director, Femme International
Sabrina Rubli is Founding Director of Femme International, an NGO that is using education and conversation to break down the menstrual taboo in East Africa. The organization works to empower young women by delivering interactive health education workshops designed to keep girls in school, and has been involved in the global Menstrual Hygiene Day movement since its inception.

Terry is Deloitte Canada’s Chief Innovation Officer, a core member of the firm’s Global Innovation Network, and a Partner with the Canadian Financial Services Consulting practice.
