About IIM Udaipur
Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) is one of India’s premier business schools. IIMU started its Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in 2011 and since its inception has been functioning with the objective of being known for excellence in teaching and research. Under the Chairmanship of Shri C.K. Birla, Chairman of Hindustan Motors Ltd. India, and with Prof. Janat Shah as Director, IIMU aims to set new benchmarks in the field of management education through a curriculum that is closely aligned with industry needs. IIMU’s pedagogy focuses on the changing global environment so as to remain up-do-date with the best practices in the business world. Currently, with over 50% of the batch getting Global Exposure at different global business hubs, the institution has taken the first step in this direction. IIMU is associated with Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management to offer a dual degree PGP for Executives (PGPX) in Global Supply Chain Management. IIMU also has a student exchange program in collaboration with six globally renowned universities of Europe. Operating from the transit campus located at Mohan Lal Sukhadia University campus (MLSU) Udaipur, IIMU’s new campus under construction, is spread over a sprawling 250 acre piece of land in Balicha area of Udaipur. IIMU, though currently in its nascent years, endeavors to build on the legacy of the prestigious IIM brand and has undertaken a number of unique initiatives in that direction. Focus on Values, Live Projects, Entrepreneurship, Faculty Exchange, Rural Immersion, Global Exposure, Emotional Intelligence and Social Responsibility are things that differentiate IIMU from other B-schools. We are indeed ‘U’nique and we work to live up to that title.

About TED
TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages. TED is a global community, welcoming people from every discipline and culture who seek a deeper understanding of the world. TED passionately believes in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and, ultimately, the world. TED builds a clearinghouse of free knowledge from the world's most inspired thinkers, and a community of curious souls to engage with ideas and each other.

About TEDx
TEDx was created in the spirit of TED's mission, "ideas worth spreading." The TEDx Program is designed to help communities, organizations and individuals to spark conversation and connection through local TED-like experiences. At TEDx events, a screening of TED Talks videos — or a combination of live presenters and TED Talks videos — sparks deep conversation and connections at the local level. TEDx events are planned and coordinated independently, under a free license granted by TED.
