Inspired by the freedom of utilizing one class day per week to follow their passions, Grade 8 students created their own 20% Time Projects, did their own research and planning, and formed their own conclusions about their learning. Their focus is on the power and value of what they learned. They cannot wait to share their ideas with you!

Grade 8 Students

We know that t​he world is a​n ever-evolving,​ collaborative,​ and​ communicative place​. ​O​ur students​ ​will​ become adults who need to be​ makers, innovators, and problem solvers, for many careers that do not even exist yet​.​ Why not give them that space and experience now? Eleven students present their projects: writing a cookbook for children, taking a course in American sign language, learning how to fly a plane, and more.
