Faig Ahmed
Faig Ahmed is an artist who uses ancient symbols and object like carpets and changes them through different perspective transforming them into new objects. The main part of the work consists of socializing with closed societies who change themselves and their technology under the influence coming from the artist. Countering these two parties Faig creates new art and accomplishes an anthropological research.
Hikmat Mursalzade
Hermit Hikmet is an accounting student and seminar leader at Qafqaz University. He is also finishing his book named `Fourth tunnel` and interested in 3D puzzles such as Eureka, Icosoku and Rubik`s cube.
Jeyhun Imanov
Creative Director
Jeyhun Imanov is an expert in design and branding field. He is the founder and owner of "Jeykhun Imanov Studio" advertising agency. He is also the author of more than 1000 projects in the field of marketing communication, graphic and web design.
Kamal Fataliyev
Kamal Fataliyev is a software developer and entrepreneur. He is also an adjunct instructor at two universities in Azerbaijan. He has been working with Artificial Intelligence methods and applications for some years.
Martha Speirs
Martha Speirs has been working with information for many years in educational settings in various international contexts. She now works as the Dean of Library and Information Services at ADA.
Nariman Aliyev
Nariman Aliyev is working in Information Communication Technologies (ICT) nearly for ten years. He now is working as a Head of Network Administration in ADAU.
Ramina Murshudova
Ramina is an Alumni Outreach Coordinator at the U.S. Embassy Baku. She organizes and implements major events for alumni of exchange programs and coordinates a number of speaker programs. She has years of experience in management of educational exchange programs. Ramina is also a trainer and has a 3-year old daughter.
Reza Hezare
Iranian-born Afghan artist Reza Hazare is notable with his strong traditional characters & a medium – pencil & paper in his artworks. Hazare’s works were the subject of a solo exhibition (2014) at Yay! Gallery, Baku, including group exhibition “Otherness. I is somebody else” (2013) organized by “Espace culturel Louis Vuitton” in Paris. He lives & works in Azerbaijan.
Shamsiyya Mustafayeva
Shams has 15 years of leadership and management experience. She served as an Associate Vice Rector for ADA University and Training Director for Peace Corps Azerbaijan. She holds three masters degrees, two from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. Currently she is working as an Management Development Consultant and Business Trainer and finds consultancy work very fulfilling.
Timur Bakibayev
Timur is an assistant professor of School of IT and Engineering at ADA University. He leads a research in theoretical computer science, mathematics, mathematical basis of artificial intelligence, and transportation. He is fond of 3D-modelling of urban traffic.
Vafa Kazdal
Vafa Kazdal is Dean of the School of Education and a professor at ADA University. She is also a recipient of such professional development awards as Junior Faculty Development Program (Indiana University, Bloomington, USA), Oxford Hospitality Scheme Program (Oxford University, UK), Ronald and Eileen Weiser Professional Development (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA). Her teaching and research is in the areas of teacher education, program design, implementation and evaluation, as well as language and identity and developing writing skills.
