Lord Zac Goldsmith of Richmond Park is the Minister for Pacific and the Environment at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra). He also leads the UK's COP26 nature campaign and international nature strategy. Before becoming involved in politics, he directed and edited the Ecologist Magazine for a decade and received Mikhail Gorbachev's Global Green Award for "International Environmental Leadership."
