Robert A. Belle is an author and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualified accountant. He's on a mission to help individuals who feel inferior and have given up on their dreams to think freely, create unapologetically and live abundantly. He focuses on dismantling the line between licensed professionals and the creative world. He operates and is best identified by three core pillars: champion of creativity, ambassador of wellness and pursuer of excellence.

Belle is the CEO of Smip Consultancy, where he champions small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs). Belle also a member of the ACCA's global forum for SMEs, and he serves as a community host for The Practice Room, the ACCA's global initiative focused on providing a peer-to-peer community for small- and medium-sized practices. Belle was the ACCA's 2019 Advocate of the Year and 2020 Brand Advocate of the Year and 2021 overall advocate of the year for his work assisting other accountants in embracing their creativity and reaching new growth potentials.

Belle's most recent advocacy work is evident in the launch of the Coming Black 2 Africa podcast, where he helps the African diaspora community with their great return journey.
