Why you should listen

Dr. Nicole Byers is a neuropsychologist, speaker and contributor to Psychology Today. She’s also an adjunct research assistant professor with the University of Calgary, and she has published articles in professional journals on the topics of brain health and neuroscience. She has spent the last decade working with high-achieving women who have burnt out trying to do it all. Now she's on a mission to help high performers with big goals overcome the mental habits that can get in the way of our success. She believes that, once we understand how our brains work, we can use this knowledge to create the time, energy and confidence we need to accomplish our biggest career goals, make an impact in our communities and wake up every day excited to change the world.

Byers has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and she completed her predoctoral residency at the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax with a focus in neuropsychology.
