Khadijah Tribble is an expert on equity and inclusion in the cannabis industry. She has advised cannabis investors, government regulators, entrepreneurs and businesses on policy, business development and community impact.

Before her role as vice president of corporate social responsibility at Curaleaf, Khadijah Tribble founded Marijuana Matters (M2), a cannabis education and advocacy incubator, and the Marijuana Policy Trust (MPT), a think tank providing expertise on building an inclusive and diverse cannabis industry. Her prior experience also includes being chief executive of Ground Game, LLC, a consultancy focused on health technologies, and cofounder and director of business operations for United Medical Center's Rose Clinic.

Tribble holds a master's from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Inspired by the life of US congressman John Lewis, she is always searching for "good trouble."
