Carlos Rodríguez-Pastor oversees a range of companies and entities focused on expanding the middle class in Peru.

Carlos Rodríguez-Pastor is a businessman known for his contributions to Intercorp, one of the largest Peruvian business groups, as well as Nexus Group, one of the country's largest private equity funds. He is also co-chairman of the Chairman's International Advisory Council at the Americas Society/Council of the Americas, a forum for addressing political, social and economic issues in the Americas. In 2010, he cofounded Innova Schools, an educational initiative aimed at improving the K–12 learning experience. The growing network of schools now serves more than 60,000 students in Peru, Colombia and Mexico. In addition to his business and educational interests, he serves on the boards of trustees for Khan Academy and the New York Public Library.
