Ben Gran has lived in several countries including Finland, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong. He happened to have found himself in the healthcare sector after a diverse professional background from working as an martial arts athlete and coach, health educator and an NCO within the Finnish Coastal Jaegar regiment. He also has volunteer experience with under-privileged Indigenous youth within the Sydney urban area, and schools in rural Nepal.

With the current health care crisis and developments in technology, Gran strives to create a better future in healthcare by motivating nurses to become the stakeholders in its development thus improving patient care.
