Gibbons believes that, in our efforts to build shelter for ourselves, we should nonetheless make sure we step lightly and respectfully on the land.With a master's degree in structural engineering and architecture, Gibbons has worked on projects throughout the Caribbean and the UK. She is a champion of net-zero building practices and virtual architectural modeling, which allows designers to drill down to the tiniest details before laying a single brick.
