In 2018, Friesland has found ways to find a lasting relationship with its surroundings. A province with a reliant character, respecting the existing core qualities. And of course we've been able to make ourselves energy neutral. And we have been able to develop among other care concepts with great connectivity with the culture, language and identity our life colors. It has deepened and enriched our culture with an open and accessible look at the world. Fryslan is like Europe and the world an inspiring place and the inspiration for the world around us. The Europe of the regions.

Director
My experience comes from co-creating and co-managing organisations, companies and associations / coalitions. Those I use as tools in positive change. My focus is on 1) creating structural solution for both the actual need for fitting & decent, payable housing: in strong combination with the solving / ending, regional organised, of temporarily emptyness of real estate; 2) enhancing global actual insight in biodiversity-developments; 3) re-creating the rich seas, capable of sustaining both nature and economy; 4) feeding enthusiasm - in youth first - for nature, (sub)culture and ecological / scientifical research.
