Emmali Anseus

Emmali took us on a journey to West Bengal in the north-eastern India. She showed us the life of a people called Baul, which live their lives with very few possessions, but with lots of music. She warned that their way of live is slowly fading, and challenged us to consider how we can simplify our lives.

Staffan Nöteberg

He wrote a little book about a mechanical, tomato shaped kitchen timer. The book was called “Pomodoro Technique Illustrated”, Pragmatic Bookshelf published it and it apparently became one of the world’s most popular time management books.Staffan lives in Stockholm, Sweden and Istanbul, Turkey. He always enjoys a cup of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi and he s not only focused on his own productivity; he s also passionate about helping all kinds of office people to improve their personal time management.

Markus Torgeby

Mark Torgeby is an unusual man. At the age of twenty he decided to move out in a tent in the Jämtland region's forests. He stayed there for four years. He chose the simplicity of finding time. Time to think, time to run, time to rest.
