For over two decades, he planned, designed and supervised construction of buildings and bridges in India , Nepal and Zambia in Africa . fter having qualified for a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from BITS, Pilani and a Masters in Energy Systems Engineering from IIT, Bombay, Khirod worked as a corporate employee and later as an entrepreneur for over 2 decades. Thereafter Khirod chose to train further in Applied Behavioural Science with ISABS where he is now a Professional Member. Khirod has also trained in the use of Hypnosis in Behavioural modification and resolution. Currently he conducts Behavioural workshops and Training programmes for diverse sections of the society, like corporate employees, private individuals and students. He also engages in individual counselling and therapy to bring about behavioural modification and healing.
