Theme: A Better Tomorrow

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Lassad Jamoussi

Lassaad Jamoussi (b. 1957) from Tunisia has a PhD from the University of Sorbonne and MA in film and theater from Bordeaux 3 University. He is a professor at the University of Sfax and has published a number of academic texts, cultural programs for radio and television, several short films about Tunisian artists as well as writer of the short films and theater productions. He has been president of the Tunisian Federation of Film Association and director of Sfax international festival. Today Jamoussi cultural adviser for Arab Democratic Foundation and President of the Human Rights League in Sfax.

Designer and Instructor in Design Video Games The first video game published by Fadhel Guiga at the age of 15 years in Tunisia was considered the first game designed in Tunisia and was even offered symbolically to the former president. Fadhel Guiga continued to teach design video games for youth and adults. Contractor and holder of patents in innovation. Fadhel Guiga currently working on new patents in Technological Innovation (speech in Arabic, gloves improving writing and MY PC Kit).

Yassin Ibrahim, is a French-Tunisian, born in 1966 in Mahdia, and an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Paris since 1989. He began his professional career at Cap Gemini and then joined the company general or he is busy, for 8 years of software management of capital markets and infrastructure of information technology. Ibrahim then started his own consulting firm and software Ubitrade he sold in 2002. In 2005, he was appointed CEO of Ubitrade, a leading European company in the field of editing software, listed in France and acquired in September 2008 by Sungard. Until his recent appointment, M.Yassine Ibrahim was president of Global Trading SunGard, a global provider of solutions for the operations that make use of international financial institutions
