Theme: What do women think about?

On June 14th, 2011 we organized TEDxYauzaRiver, and the theme of the event was "What do women think about?". The event took place in ZurZum Cafe - a fashionable and comfortable venue for up-to-date intellectual discussions.
Into the name of the event we put such a meaning: about 100 years ago words like "think" and "reflect" practically weren't used in connection with a woman. But also it was the time when the first courses for women launched, great thinkers and doers among women like Sofia Kovalevskaya began to express their thoughts.
A lot of things changed since then. What happens now with women who think and do? What is the difference between subjects discussed by American and Russian women? During our event we tried to discuss these questions and shared interesting ideas with each other.
