Jaime Tamariz

Theatre Producer and Director
After working in theatre in Madrid, Spain, Jaime comes back to his home country in 2009 where he produces and directs Harold Pinter's The Lover. The following year, he directs Tennessee Williams' The Cat On a Hot Tin Roof", as well as Ken Kesey's "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest". Recently, he has directed "The Wizard of Oz", "Peter Pan", and "Romeo and Juliet" (premiered in July 2016). He started an initiative called Microteatro (micro-theatre), promoting short plays in improvised places around the city.

Karla is a lawyer, activist and consultant in human rights. She worked for the Inter-American Human Rights Commission in Washington DC, as well as in the french NGO ADS (Asuntos del Sur). Currently, she is the Executive Director of Kahre, Ambassador for Girl Rising, and writes for the The Huffington Post and El Pais.

Margarita Martinez

Math Professor + Founder of Aja! Science Park
Margarita has been a Math and Statistics Professor for more than 30 years. Concerned on the lack of critical thinking in young ecuadorians, she started Ajá! a Science park located in ESPOL University, an interactive center for kids and teenagers to learn science.

Monika Cuesta

Choreographer + Dancer
Monika is a choreographer, dancer and culture promoter with more than 10 years of experience. She has promoted the virtues of dance in different universities in Ecuador, starting the undergraduate degree of Dance in the Catholic University of Guayaquil. She is the president of the Guayaquil chapter of CID - The International Dance Council of UNESCO.

Roberto Coello

Composer and Guitar player
Roberto is a guitar player and composer. His records include: Sonidos (2014), A Guitarra Pelada (2015) and Transformando Energias (2015).
