In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Bobby Audley

Bobby Audley is a leadership speaker, trainer, and facilitator. Since 2012 Bobby has worked with thousands of student leaders, student athletes, and professionals across the country teaching the principles of experiencing life outside your comfort zone. In his hometown of Salisbury, MD Bobby is the coordinator of the Launch/SBY initiative and the Entrepreneur Center.

Corey Blake

Corey is the founder and CEO of Round Table Companies (RTC), a storytelling company that supports organizations, CEOs, and thought leaders who are looking to live into a new story. Corey studies at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and the Stagen Leadership Academy. He is a member of the Young Entrepreneur’s Council (YEC), the Forbes Coaches Council, and Social Venture Network (SVN), and is a follower and sponsor of Conscious Capitalism.

Grace Foxwell Murdock

Grace Foxwell Murdock, M.Ed., a Maryland eastern shore native, is a retired 38 year educator and owner of two businesses. She began her consulting business, Professional Grace, in 2000 and offers training in Business and Dining Etiquette to area colleges and corporations. Grace’s second endeavor, Kindness Bracelet, The Original, began in 2012 and renewed her passion for sharing kindness through donations from sales. Her latest project addresses kindness on school playgrounds through donations of Buddy Benches of Kindness. Grace’s hope is that “kindness is shared and enjoyed every day.”

Joe Frigolette

Joe Frigolette is known for his absolute positive mindset, and constant tendency to challenge the status quo. He believes that once we’ve decided we want to accomplish something, nothing should hold us back. He imagines a world where we didn’t fear the word “no”. Where we never let doubt from others prevent us from living the quality of life that we know we should be living. With your help, he plans to stop this “no” pandemic that has been holding us back for much too long!

Jonatan Lopez

Jonatan Lopez, also known as JFLO, is an award winning and internationally recognized professional beatboxer. Jonatan was originally born in Mexico then moved to New York at the age of ten. JFLO has always been inspired and motivated to create music. Life has not only been an experience to discover himself, but to also to discover the ways in which he wishes to communicate his creative mind to the world. JFLO only wishes to inspire people into following their dreams and aspirations as well as be able to express themselves creatively with no boundaries.

Kathy Kiernan

Kathy Kiernan spends her days as Managing Partner at APPI Energy, an energy consulting firm in Salisbury, MD. During her free time, she is a member of the Salisbury Sunrise Rotary Club, a board member of Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore, Development Committee member for the Fund for Women in Delaware, and board chair of the Executive Advisory Council for the Perdue School of Salisbury University. She resides in Seaford, DE with her husband.

Mark DeLancey

Mark is the founder and CEO of “Get-IN” (Get IN-formed, Get IN-volved, Get IN-spired) Cultural Initiative. This retired USMC Veteran who classifies himself as a “Social Artist” and “Cultural Collaborator” has helped many individuals and arts organizations in looking outside the box to align there true passion of the arts and constructively collaborate with the community to raise the social & economical environment in which they serve. After living all over the world, Mark is eager to fulfill his lifelong dream here on the Eastern Shore of making a difference through the arts in his unique approach.

Martin Hutchison

Martin Hutchison, works hard to send the church he pastors, Community of Joy Church (www.joyfilled.com), into the community to be a blessing to others. In 2015 he founded Camden Community Garden(www.GrowCamden.com) as way a collective of four churches (The Corner Church Collective) could bless their neighborhood. He is married and has two daughters. An avid gardener and outdoorsman, he has enjoyed teaching children how to grow and enjoy eating healthy vegetables.
