TEDxToompea is drawing attention to shortcomings and bottlenecks in society, which are present, but are not often voiced out in public. Whether it is due to ignorance, numbness, or a desire not to cause problems. We ask, what are the outstanding issues under the carpet, which need to be addressed in our society today?
