We are willing to discuss the power of human body and his ability to generate energy for life, the potential strength of creativity in development of cities and even regions, the human will to be better in helping other people, the strength of charisma changing history and the power of beauty, imagination and wills. We are going to let our speakers tell their ideas about new energy of moving, creating, living.

ANDREW ASADOV

Architect, the Head of the architectural studio. Andrey Asadov was born in 1976 in Moscow, graduated from Moscow Architectural Institute. He believes that there are two main tendencies in the metropolises architecture of today and the only reply to all crazy challenges is a conservative autonomous style, and opposite to faceless city is a creation of bright, life-affirming architecture. Architectural office of Andrey actively participates in international expos and projects, and one of them is a conceptual design for Aerotel, an airships-hotels parking to be located at the height of 50 meters. The project is an alternative to alluvial islands and can be implemented in any air zone. Another project, code-named Лоскутки (patches) is a concept of affordable housing in Russia, a new approach to the development of territories, based on the ideas of synergistic outlook and organic architecture. Since 2005, the Workshop of Asadov jointly with the Union of Architects organizes architectural festival called Города (cities). The main idea is a search for an alliance between contemporary architecture and the environment. All participants can try themselves as architects and builders. The festival gathers up to 700 young architects from all over Russia and CIS countries. During the activity Andrey Asadov participated in dozens of architectural projects, is the winner of prestigious competitions.

NAILA ALLAHVERDIYEVA

Head of the urban environment department of Perm Center of Design and the leader of the Museum of Modern Art PERMM public art program. She is the country's leading specialist in the integration of contemporary art into the urban environment. She graduated from the Moscow School of Social and Economic Studies, Faculty of Management in culture and the Ural State University, Department of Art History and Cultural Studies; is a member of the Association of Cultural Managers. Since 1999 Natalia takes projects in «public art» that obtained tourist attraction in Yekaterinburg and Perm and were appreciated by international experts. In 2007-2009 she headed the agency Artpolitika (art policy), in 2005-2007 led non-profit organization Art In PRO / GRESS »; from 1999 to 2005 - National Center for Contemporary Art in Yekaterinburg. In 2009 - the Festival of Contemporary Art on concrete walls Long History of Yekaterinburg was awarded the State Prize in the field of contemporary art innovation; a monument to Claudia (a computer keyboard) entered the semifinals of the contest Seven Wonders of Russia as the main attraction of Yekaterinburg. Today Naila Allahverdiyev is the head of the first country integrated public art program of the Museum of Modern Art PERMM Speakers motto - "Art changes lives."

VICTOR VAHSHTAIN

Social scientist. A Candidate of Social Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Sociology and Political Science, Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences, Senior Fellow at the Center for Fundamental Sociology of the University Higher School of Economics (HSE). His areas of interest is the epistemology of social sciences, the theory of frames, everyday life sociology. Mr. Vahshtain was born in 1981 in Penza in a family of journalists; got social psychology education and then got the degree of MA in Sociology. In 2007 he defended his Ph.D. thesis on studies of everyday interactions. From 2003 he has taught at University Higher School of Economics and Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences. He participated in the research projects for the World Bank, OECD, OSCE, the U.S. National Democratic Institute and for a number of European universities; he worked in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Croatia, Hungary, USA and Israel; published over 30 articles in academic and professional journals. Mr. Vahshtain edited the anthology “Sociology of Things” (2006), is the author of “The Reality of Education and Research Realities” (2009) and “Theory of Frames” (forthcoming release).

RADISLAV GANDAPAS

Business coach, a television presenter, a professional speaker, the president of the Academy of Oratory, one of the founders of Oratorica group of companies. Mr. Gandapas was born in Kuybyshev (now Samara), had lived in Odessa since 5 y.o. In 1991 he graduated from the Philology State University of Odessa. Radislav Gandapas is the most appreciated business-coach in Russia, the leader of the ratings of coaches. He was twice awarded "the most popular coach of the year in Russia." Mr. Gandapas is a co-owner and a lead trainer of the company Oratorica, the author of six books, three movies and original training on public speaking skills; is mentioned in the encyclopedia of personalities "Who is who in Russia." Mr. Gandapas is a host on a talk show called "Be on your way" on Channel Five (www.5-tv.ru) and the program "Charisma" on the radio Русская Служба Новостей (Russian news service) at 107.0 FM. Radislav considers himself as a man of the world, as soon as he takes trainings throughout the Earth. For example for the last year he made 123 flights. Among his clients there are first faces of the country – biggest companies’ leaders, party leaders, ministers. He is the author of dozens of unique corporate conferences and road-shows. “How to make a successful presentation”, “PR", "Charisma", “How hard is to be a god?", "Fear to speak out", etc. Radislav helps people to be well at business culture.

BORIS GORODETSKY

Inventor, coach, father. Mr. Gorodetsky is the author of numerous inventions: weapons, security devices, cars, medicine, composite materials for construction; the author of unarmed combat, a unique system of human biomechanics optimization. Now he is developing a sort of a human exoskeleton. He wants to live forever, but the main achievement of his life he founds bringing-up a son Alexander, 24, a candidate Master of Sports, survival racer, a project manager of a racecar "extremists." Mr.Gorodetsky believes that progress is possible only when you work in breakthrough areas, and desire for invention is the need for improvement of a human body. He is the author of many inventions in the field of weapons, medicine, construction and the Russian first concept car maker. Candidate Master of Sports in racing, survival racer. He is the Director General of a non-governmental anti-terrorism research center "Vityaz". Boris Gorodetsky believes that intensive mental activity and will for making inventions is an integral part of existence.

JUNIUS DAVYDOV

Businessman, writer, actor, owner of a large advertising agency R&I GROUP Junius Davydov was born in 1941. He is a real dreamer, who heads a team of serious professionals in advertising and marketing. The author of innovative projects, the creator of Provocative Marketing. He is a creative personality: he starred in eight films, written a dozen of scripts and created 500 advertising projects. Mr. Davydov wanted to become a promoter of movies, and created an advertising agency R & I GROUP, which is now included in the top 10 creative agencies in Russia. R & I GROUP clients are 3M, Bacardi-Martini, Coca-Cola, Cosmopolitan, Dirol-Cadbury, Danone, Efes Pilsner, Kraft Food, Lipton, Philip Morris, President, Alfa Bank, VTB, Railways, Rostelecom and others. TATIANA EVLAMPIEVA

Project Director of Dance4life Russia. Tatiana Evlampieva is one of a few young women - heads of international initiatives in Russia. The project dance4life brings together youth from 28 countries to confront the HIV epidemic, it is aimed at protecting the health of young people. Russia has been in the project since 2005. Under the guidance of Tatiana the movement is developing in 30 regions of the country from Sochi to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. In 2010 dance4life was awarded "The idea of health" prize. "How can we inspire young people to fight against the HIV epidemic? How can we provide them with the knowledge necessary to understand the problem? How to attract them? And in order to speak the same language with youngsters we use dance which is important part of their culture."

CHRISTINA YELIZAROVA

Body-painter and a decorator, stage designer, teacher, creator of art projects and performances. Christina Yelizarova started her creative way from the early childhood and when she was a student along with participation in various art exhibitions and interior-decorating projects, she started her own activity and set up complex tasks before herself to grow up. She felt that there is not enough life in pictures and she tried to combine philosophy, inspiration, art of painting with some show and she began to make body art performances of herself. "I want to tell you about my artistic way, about energy coming from art. I believe that body art is the art of new energy opening through people's eyes. I make creative painting for a particular person, I try to feel this person and perform his or her personality as if it came from inside through the skin and to be visible. I am a connector between inner nature and inner energy with the external part of the body. And I feel myself as if I am a right person at the right place. Now Christina has taught body-art and stage design in a specialized school of stylists and helps people to find their own unique style. And in the nearest future she will make a global show, inspired by the world of Cirque Du Soleil.

DMITRY KAZAKOV

Physicist, Dr. of Sciences in Mathematics and Physics, Professor Dmitry I. Kazakov heads the researches on elementary particle physics in the Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (LTP) of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) in Dubna, isthe head of the Laboratory of fundamental interactions at Alikhanov Institute for Theoretical and Experimental Physics, professor at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Mr.Kazakov takes scientific researches, gives lectures; he is a supervisor of graduates and undergraduates. He believes that physics is a way of life: “At work and by leisure I do physics”. Dmitry Kazakov is a member of the research group developing the major physical experiment of the century - the Large Hadron Collider. Now, in Dubna, in several buildings you can monitor what is going on at different detectors in Switzerland – that is the place from where the scientists are awaiting the results and may be new physics will be started. Dmitry I. also takes the searches for the dark matter. Dark matter is lacking substance of the Universe. It is assumed that there are particles of about a hundred times heavier than protons - hydrogen nuclei forming the halo of the galaxy and making up the dark matter. Quite possibly is to find it in the Large Hadron Collider. Mr. Kazakov is the author of more than 150 scientific papers published in the leading Russian and foreign journals, participant of international conferences, the author of several textbooks.
