In his speech Taulant argues that the only way for a society to be healthy and successful is to invest in its education system. He takes the example of Albania, where an education system not always based in meritocracy is breeding ignorance and forcing the youngsters with potential to seek to leave the country. He believes that it is time to challenge the system and implement a strong reform to bring back hope to Albanian youth.
